1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the php38 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the php38 website. These documents are incorporated by reference and form the complete agreement between you and php38.

php38 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date noted at the top. Your continued use of the php38 platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the php38 platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on php38, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

php38 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by php38 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the php38 platform, you must complete the registration process via the php38 Login page and create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active php38 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. php38 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, php38 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonus credits held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php38 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. php38 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify php38 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

php38 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with php38's KYC process, which may include submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

php38 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Philippine-friendly payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved e-wallet and banking partners. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount on php38 is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. php38 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are generally credited to your php38 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. php38 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by php38 on the same business day, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. php38 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

php38 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms disclosed at the time each promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another player;

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;

• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the php38 platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the php38 software or infrastructure;
• Using the php38 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the php38 platform or the experience of other players;
• Attempting to access the php38 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing php38 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

php38 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• Determination that a player is under 21 years of age;
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program.

Upon account termination for cause, php38 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any real-money balance held in the account. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their php38 account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on php38 content;

Any unauthorized use of php38 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by php38.

11. Limitation of Liability

php38's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their php38 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The php38 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. php38 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. php38 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the php38 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting php38 customer support. php38 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent php38 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
